If you have a complaint about us or the services that we have provided, then in the first instance please complete our complaint form by following this link:

Alternatively you can speak to one of our crew members or email us at compliance@debtfix.co.nz 

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint and/or the procedures in place to resolve the complaint then you are entitled to formally lodge a complaint (online if you desire) with the Financial Services Complaints Limited [under reference no: FSCL8903] with whom the Debt Relief Foundation is registered as a financial service provider in relation to our client money handling services.

This scheme is available at no cost to you and will help us resolve any disagreements, however it is necessary for your complaint to be considered through our internal complaints process first.
